SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship across the contiguous United States using major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Available on all orders. Free on orders over $75.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available on select orders placed before 12PM CST.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high-demand periods may occur.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $75: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Orders $75 and over: Free standard shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or by visiting your order status page.
Lost or Damaged Packages
GP Barber Supply is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at gpbarbersupply@gmail.com or call (214) 684-5978 within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International orders may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at gpbarbersupply@gmail.com for international shipping inquiries. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. GP Barber Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at gpbarbersupply@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order ships.
