RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Unopened and unused clippers, trimmers, and shavers
  • Unused barber capes and apparel (unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Unopened hair styling products and accessories
  • Defective or damaged items (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened hair care products, gels, pomades, and liquids
  • Razor blades and clipper blades (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at gpbarbersupply@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective items or if you received the wrong product. To request an exchange, contact us at gpbarbersupply@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gpbarbersupply@gmail.com or call (214) 541-5550 with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
